Investments in these areas can be reasoned for purely economically, giving the absolute best returns for the individual human being and society as a whole 

Any investment in the improvement of the framework of all individuals' equally best possible opportunities for self realization, is an investment in the individual human being and society, giving the absolute best return strictly economically measured for society as a whole 

Furthermore it would result in the best sustainable and meaningful kind of society according to the best knowledge of human beings 

According to any moral state of art this would be an absolute obvious fundamental to expect as a respect for human life and society 

Any society would want the best human rights, education and health care in the world, and provide these services for the citizens during entire life

The most valuable asset of any society is a healthy and well educated population 

Any society would want to have representative democratic governance according to transparency and accountability 

The quality of the social security system is an investment in the individual human being and society, furthermore a guarantee for investments as it secures a minimum of economic activity at all times, educated labor force that enjoy best life environment in a society where companies can develop and flourish 

Academic data show very accurately that more equal societies benefit everyone and society as a whole, by securing a best possible minimum of assistance to the most vulnerable in society and thereby lifting the entire community 

Without freedom and critique there can be no progress and thereby nothing 
Like water is a source to life 
And that water without emotion becomes a source to sludge 
So it is as for freedom in society 
Without freedom no society can survive 

The environment should very obviously have an absolute priority as an investment in the future of all man kind

According to the state of environment, the technological development in its ability to move forces of nature together with shortsighted profit generating mechanisms in market and state, have inflicted changes in the environment that threaten all humans’ future life conditions on earth 

Long term environmental sustainability should be a keyword in all future planning 

Regarding the above aspects, basically any society would want to adopt the best fundamental parameters from the Scandinavian countries as a start
Furthermore in the areas including workers rights and work safety, consumer rights and product safety, there is a great lot of experience that can be learned from these countries, as free information with a great value

Future free Iran 

Would be according to the three parameters human rights, education and health care provided for the population as the best during the entire life

Furthermore as part of the above the environment would have absolute priority as sustainability being the core of any future planning 

Initiate as first priority to build, in addition to upgrading the existing, 10 new universities and university hospitals spread across the country 

For the universities the methodology of problem oriented project work in groups would be adopted
 
In accordance to democracy and human rights it would be a secular state
Where only the result of free and fair elections according to international standards determine the legitimacy of the government of the state
The state has monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force

Transition to democracy
 
Currently as it is most obvious the clerical dictatorship in Iran, called Islamic Republic of Iran, is not Islamic, not a republic and not Iranian in nature
 
Free elections according to international standards and with international observers will determine the future government of a democratic state based on human rights and rule of law and according to transparency and accountability
 
Rehabilitation program for opium addicts

As one of the countries in the world with the most opium addicts the state would initiate rehabilitation program for these people

The elements of the program are based on positive experiences that should help recover the involved and enable them to participate in society as drug free
Furthermore the activities should keep the involved occupied as to set the mind on something else than the addiction in the period up to and around getting clean
The physical activities are also meant to help overcome a big challenge of getting a good nights sleep

According to individual preferences that should strengthen the metal abilities and develop and enhance competences

Sports
According to individual preferences that should strengthen the physical and metal abilities

Therapy
Individual physical and psychological therapy
Group therapy to exchange knowledge of common challenges and experiences

Physical labor
Physical labor as for example in farming and construction that will keep the involved occupied and set the mind to something else than the addiction and give positive experiences as to the results of the work

 

Iranian revolution history in short
 
The monarchical dictatorship in Iran was a kind of classical military dictatorship
The Iranian people payed a very very high price for the revolution in 1979, against one of the absolute most powerful military and intelligence systems in the world at the time, to bring about change that would include particularly two things, being liberty and social justice
Khomeini hijacked the revolution under the banner of exactly those two wishes of the people, and by means of the religious sentiment and network in the country, and once in power used terror to bring about exactly the opposite
The two main reasons for his success was the the monarchical dictatorships’ oppression and censorship and the betrayal of the communist Tudeh party

 
One main reason was the lack of enlightenment among the general population due to the lack of freedom and the strict censorship of the monarchical dictatorship, as people could get severely punished for just being in possession of banned books or magazines

 

Another main reason was that the communist Tudeh party accepted the clerical dictatorship, against all ideological principles, because they according to direct orders from communist Soviet Union where satisfied with its ‘death to America’ political slogan
They used their network to bring in for prosecution and punishment members of all the other movements that did not accept the clerical dictatorship
Once the clerical dictatorship had used them to eradicate the other movements, they themselves fell victim to the clerical dictatorship

 
No one could have expected that the clerical dictatorship would be something so oppressive and evil that the oppression and horrors of the monarchical dictatorship would almost be forgotten

When the police is at work it is an indicator of something else in society that is not functioning properly
It is the point where the cost, economic and human cost, for the involved and society becomes the most
Something illegal happens, the criminal and the victim are damaged, the law enforcement is applied and damaged, the criminal and victim together with the law enforcement are to be cured and rehabilitated
Even though it is an art to put out a fire, the real true art is to prevent the fire from starting in the first place
As such a well structured society would include the least law enforcement that has the least work to do
